ASAKA DAVR BUTLOVCHI LLC was established in 2003. From inception, our activity was the production of plastic and stamping parts and bending of wire parts for UzAuto Motors JSC and many joint ventures of SC “Uzavtosanoat”. Due to the need for our own production and high demand for the manufacture of moulds and dies in 2019, we have launched a modern tool shop for the making of moulds and dies for the automotive, electrical, consumer and for other industries. Result of our continuous development, we have the team of highly qualified engineers, designers and fabrication technicians that ensure the success of every project whatever large or small it may be.
Ongoing development is another important focus for us. We cooperate with foreign manufacturers of moulds and through such collaboration, we continue to advance our knowledge, technologies, and processes.

- 3-axis CNC vertical machining center with a table size of 1200x550mm and additionally 8 more modern machines for the manufacture of moulds.
- 7 modern injection molding machines with clamping force from 160 tons to 480 tons.
- 6 units crank presses with impact force 63 to 160 tons
- 3D CNC bending machine South Korean production.
We are ongoing in improving the technology of the company and to provide the best prices to our customers, we planned to purchase equipment in several stages. At the second stage, it is planned to purchase a batch of new 5-axis machining centers with more overall dimensions.
Our skilled technicians with the use of this equipment and the unique production process of the company are capable of meeting and even exceeding the customer’s demands.
